My name is Hulya, I am a qualified integrative counsellor with over 18 years experience working in the voluntary sector, with charity organisations and in private practice. The delivery of counselling has been through face to face (one2one and groupwork), telephone and online. My area of expertise is working with parents and adults experiencing a wide range of  emotional, mental  and physical health difficulties. Working within the mental health sector has provided me with the opportunity to run wellness workshops, mental health training and psychoeducational trauma programmes to organisations and the general public, to increase awareness  and promote good mental health and general wellness. My qualifications also extends to online counselling which I have received a specialist certificate in online therapy and the certification as a Cyber Facilitator.  I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold membership status with the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO) and Parenting UK, to which all  require proof of qualifications and experiences obtained in counselling.
