I am a British psychotherapist (BACP accredited), with a trauma informed and integrative approach. Alongside my work as clinical supervisor, I am trained in somatic therapy, EMDR, eco-therapy and certified in cyber therapy. Supporting individuals find their perspective and sense of belonging, ease psychological, emotional and physiological distress and deepen personal connections.
